• Be disciplined, curious and compassionate.
• Fail fast, learn faster. Failure is inevitable. If it happens, don't sit in it too long.
• Strive to be the woman or man that you needed as a child. 
• “Do everything in love.” 1 Corinthians 16 v. 14. This is the basis of my life motto to “operate in love.”
